New Generation Career Development Program

Sabancı Global Ambassadors
Topluluğun küresel büyüme hedefine ulaşmasına katkı sağlamak amacıyla yeni bir yetenek kazanımı programı olan Sabancı Global Ambassadors programını hayata geçirdik. Bu program ile yurt dışındaki en iyi üniversitelerde okuyan öğrencilere ulaşarak onların Sabancı Topluluğu içerisinde global bir çalışma deneyimine sahip olmasını sağlamak amacıyla farklı gelişim ve iş fırsatları sunuyoruz. Job Opportunities For New Graduates
SEED Digital
The SEED Digital program is aimed to enhance the young talent pool in digital roles within the Sabancı Group in accordance with the strategic direction for digitalization of Sabancı. 30 young digital talents with strong technical competency and 1 to 3 years of work experience have been selected through a rigorous hiring process from more than five thousand six hundred applicants. In July 2023 they began a 1,5-year journey filled with meetings with Sabancı leaders, personal and technical skills-based development programs, rotation experiences, project management experience and immersion visits.
SEED
The SEED Young Talent Program, which targets recent graduates with a maximum of 2 years of professional experience, aims to recruit and develop new talents, especially in strategic growth areas, within the Sabancı Group. Participants accelerate their development through leadership and skills training, as well as rotations across different units or companies within the Group.
Recruitment Experience
In our recruitment processes, we aim to identify the knowledge, skills, and competencies of individuals and to ensure that they take part in jobs where they can fulfill their potential. In order to ensure an objective and systematic evaluation process, we use Competency-Based Interviews, Assessment Center Practices, Personality Inventories, and tools that measure technical knowledge in required positions.
In all recruitment processes, we expect you to research the Sabancı of the New Generation values and our sectors with curiosity and share your willingness and interest with us openly.
